TitleCopy letter from Robert William Frederick Harrison, to Dr Bashford, Cancer Research Fund
Date2 February 1904
DescriptionHarrison sends thanks for Bashford's letter. The Lancet is described as being understandably angry [about the British Medical Journal publishing his paper] and the President of the Royal Society has received a letter which he sent to Harrison for explanation.

He is as puzzled as Bashford about the appendix in The Times, notes the difficulty of instructing the Times in such matters, but will attempt to persuade them to make efforts not to confuse official communiques from the Society with statements from others.
