TitleCopy letter from Joseph Larmor, to Professor Edwin Ray Lankester, Fellow of the Royal Society
Date6 February 1904
DescriptionLarmor explains that the Statute he quotes from the 1903 Year Book, page 51, has been replaced to the effect that the first meeting is in January rather than March, and that all Fellows were informed. The Officers will not break the statute by adding a new name following its formal reading to the Society. Larmor does not believe the Council could do it either, but awaits their decision.

He notes that consequently the name will not appear in the printed list to be circulated to the Society, as that is now due.
