TitleCopy letter from Robert William Frederick Harrison, to Admiral Sir William Wharton, Fellow of the Royal Society
Date12 February 1904
DescriptionHarrison explains that a letter recently sent to the Admiralty by the President of the Royal Society and Sir Clement Markham, regarding the return of the ship Discovery, was sent without a copy having been retained, and so asks if Wharton might provide a copy or supply the original so that Harrison may have a copy made at the Society. He is also uncertain about the inclusion of the stated enclosure, and asks if he can let him know if it was present, and Harrison will send a copy if it was found wanting.
