DescriptionHarrison sends [not included] a letter from Professor Sidney Howard Vines which they have just received. There is no sign of Vines' letter to Larmor of 27 February, but he did find a reference in a letter written on 26 February from Vines to himself . He states that he was in the meeting room on 25 February and cannot recall Dr Waller using such language.
