TitleCopy letter from Robert William Frederick Harrison, to Dr Henry Edward Armstrong, Fellow of the Royal Society
Date13 September 1904
DescriptionHarrison has looked up the matter of Caldwell's paper, and can find no mention of it, nor can he find the manuscript of the Tables he refers to. Asks if they were with the manuscript, which was sent with the proofs, and if so could he send them back with any note that needs to be made upon them.

All Harrison found on his return from holiday was a manuscript marked by Dr Joseph Larmor to be passed on for press, and so he accordingly marked it for 'Proceedings [of the Royal Society]', but he cannot do anything in the matter until he can trace the Tables Armstrong refers to. The paper does not appear to have been sent in in the regular way, so Harrison has no knowledge of what was originally communicated.
