DescriptionThe Committee has not yet come to a decision on his paper on the Theory of Order, as some members have been absent, but Harrison will see if he can expedite a decision. The paper is not in the house at the minute, otherwise Harrison would seek authority to send it back to him for reference, but he is writing to the member of the Committee who has it [Dr Ernest William Hobson].
