DescriptionDr [Augustus Desire] Waller claims to publish a rejoinder after the enclosed abstract in the 'Proceedings [of the Royal Society]'. Larmor has no objection, provided the rejoinder relates to matters of scientific fact, and personal statements are excluded. It has been agreed that it is to be submitted to Halliburton as the Chairman of the Physiology Committee. In any casem, the Abstract cannot be delayed until the 'Philosophical Transactions [of the Royal Society]' paper is ready to appear.
