DescriptionFor the purposes of the audit, the Treasurer would like some explanation on the subject of the decrease in the amount of rent paid to the Royal Society in respect of the Croonian Fund. The terms state that 'one fifth of the clear rent of' the estate bequeathed 'be vested in the Royal Society for the support of a Lecture', etc. Also requests a copy or statement of the terms of the lease to the tenant of the Trust property.
