DescriptionIt is not practice here to issue cards of admission to the meetings, but if any representative of the press wishes to attend and arrives between 4-4.30pm, his name is submitted to the President who has power to authorise their admission. Press are only admitted on the consideration that the discussions are not reported, and that no use is made of any of the papers laid before the meeting. Presumes he has not make any mistake with regard to the subject of Sir Oliver Lodge's paper, which is purely physical.
