DescriptionEncloses transfer of South Eastern Railway 4% debenture sealed and signed [not included], and apologises that no one noticed that he had prepared a space on the back of the document until it was too late. Also encloses a dividend warrant London & South Western Railway 4% consolidated preferential stock, 64 pounds, 19 shillings and nine pence, and asks if they can arrange for this to paid direct in future.

Rix is also sending their pass-book to be written up, and returned by 2pm on Thursday.
