Rix also highlights an important discrepancy which appears in Foster's Board, concerning whether, if Board C recommends that P F Frankland receive 50 pounds, the matter should then be referred to the Council, or as Sir James Paget states, simply that 'the Board agrees'. Rix will take Paget's version as authorative unless Foster wires him to say otherwise. |
