TitleCopy letter from Herbert Rix, to the Secretary, Der Schweizerische Geodatische Commission, Zurich
Date1 June 1889
DescriptionThe Royal Society have received their gift with several enclosures, and although they can distribute them this year, they will be glad in future if they be sent via a forwarding agent, due to the expense of distributing them to the institutions far removed from the Society. Rix suggests Messrs Dulau & Company as a possible agent.

The parcels for the Royal Astronomical Society and the Royal Geographical Society may still be sent to the Royal Society due to their close proximity. Rix sends thanks for the gift to their library.
