TitleCopy letter from Herbert Rix, to Miss Constance Gordon-Cumming, Glen Earn, Crieff, Perth
Date3 June 1889
DescriptionRix has been informed by Mr Keltie that Cumming would be willing to exhibit some of her pictures at the Royal Society's forthcoming conversazione, and so states that they would be glad to have the paintings of the Hawaiian volcanoes. They have had the pictures of the New Zealand White Terraces before and should wait to see what room is available before requesting them.

Rix asks for the dimensions of the volcano pictures, and for the number in the portfolio. The Soirée is on the 19 June, and they would prefer the pictures to arrive two days before.
