DescriptionRix is able to inform him that the President and Council of the Royal Society have recently placed the Brooklyn Library, New York, on the list of institutions entitled to receive at no cost 'Philosophical Transactions of the Royal Society' and 'Proceedings of the Royal Society'. 'Transactions' will be sent by the agency of the Smithsonian Institution, and the 'Proceedings' will be posted to them.
