TitleCopy letter from Herbert Rix, to Dr John Evans, Treasurer, Royal Society
Date25 June 1889
DescriptionRix notes that Evans, together with Thomas George Bonney, Willam Grylls Adams, and Henry Tibbats Stainton were due to consider the books in the basement, and asks when they are likely to meet.

Dr Michael Foster's Council minute about the Scientific Relief Fund cases is that, in one case, the admission fee is to be paid from that fund. Rix asks if this is a mistake as fees for every newly elected Fellow are paid for from the Fee Reduction Fund, and suggests that it should only be the annual contribution payable from the Scientific Relief Fund.
