Description | Rix is pleased to inform her that the President and Council of the Royal Society have granted leave for her to borrow the manuscripts of the late Professor Boole to make extracts from, relying on her taking the greatest care of the manuscripts and returning them intact. They will be delivered to Miss Boole, or anyone with an autograph letter from her, between 11am and 4pm any day apart from Saturday.
If the application is not likely to be made before August, Rix asks that she let him know, to allow him to make arrangements for their delivery during his absence. |
