TitleCopy letter from Herbert Rix, to Dr Arthur Schuster, Fellow of the Royal Society
Date25 July 1889
DescriptionRix states that they have finished all but one of Schuster's blocks, the great roll of equipotential curves at Greenwich noon, as this cannot be cut on wood to the same scale as the others. He asks if this is important if they indicate a margin of scale. This course of action is noted as cheaper than making a lithograph folding plate of it.

Rix asks for a speedy reply, as he is about to leave town.
