TitleCopy letter from an unknown correspondent, to Messrs West, Newman & Company
Date25 July 1889
Description'Herewith 2 large dias. [diagrams] Threlfall & Adair [Richard Threlfall and John Frederick Adair]. Please let me have estimates for these as Proceedings ['Proceedings of the Royal Society'] plates. Herewith also 14 plates, Rücker & Thorpe [Arthur William Rücker and Thomas Edward Thorpe] for estimate as Phil. Trans. ['Philosophical Transactions of the Royal Society] plates. If there is any question about the coloured plate you had better consult Prof Rücker whose address till Aug 17th is Post Office, Skipton, Yorkshire. I should think various shadings might do for the various colours'.
