TitleCopy letter from Herbert Rix, to Professor William Augustus Tilden, Fellow of the Royal Society
Date5 October 1889
DescriptionRix states that he has written to the printers to censure them for their 'unpardonable blunder' in Tilden's name, and explains that 'Proceedings of the Royal Society' wrappers are sent out directly from the printers.

Rix also reports that no list of Fellows has been published since the one supplied to him last February, and so asks if he wishes for another copy of that, giving the price as one shilling. The new list, due to be published at the end of December, will be posted once printed, and will be posted annually in future.
