TitleCopy letter from [Herbert Rix], to Mr Pilbeam, Whitehall Rooms
Date28 November 1889
DescriptionRix notes that although the die is nicely done, it does not suit the menu card, and asks if it is too late to improve upon it. If not, he suggests removing the oval and motto, and using the bare crest. If it is too late, Rix thinks the die placed at the end of the card suits better, and states that Harrison & Sons have this die, and will deliver it to their messenger on showing this memorandum.
