Presumes other expenses will be defrayed from the funds administered by the Colonial Office on behalf of the three departments concerned; Admiralty, War Office, and Colonial Government. Asks if he should send on all accounts for such charges to the Colonial Office, or whether the Society should pay them and send a requisition for re-imbursement.
