DescriptionWard has received from Vienna, with a printed circular which he encloses, three copies of a Texte Synoptique of Propositions to be made at the Botanical Congress with regard to nomenclature. Sends a copy of these [not enclosed] and holds the remaining two at Ward's disposal. Presumes from the terms of the circular that the authorities intend these to be sent to the Royal Society, and have not communicated with Ward direct.
