DescriptionEncloses a formal letter of thanks and is desired to express to the Major the thanks of the sub-Committee on Mediterranean Fever, and to ask if he would be willing to return to Malta this year to continue his valuable labours there. If Horrocks consents the Society shall at once apply to the War Office for leave for Horrocks to report his services on the same conditions as last year, unless there is any modification of these that the Major wishes to suggest.
