TitleCopy letter from Robert William Frederick Harrison, to Sir Willim Huggins, President of the Royal Society
Date28 September 1905
DescriptionSir A Geikie finds it impossible to attend the funeral of Mr [George Bowdler] Buckton next Saturday at Haslemere so Harrison has been making enquiries at the Chemical and Linnean Society and finds Mr Stebbing has been asked to represent the latter Society at the funeral. Thought they could ask Stebbing to represent the Society also, as so few of the Fellows are currently accessible. Has written to Stebbing and hopes Huggins approves.

Queries if they should have the usual at home on the evening of the day of the first Council Meeting, 26 October. If so he will get the invitations prepared.
