DescriptionIn reply to Matthey's letter of the previous day addressed to Professor Turner, Harrison finds that on 27 June, Matthey sent a subscription of five guineas to the Huggins Portrait Fund and a receipt should have been sent to him on the same day. Matthey's name appears on the circular which was sent to all the subscribers in early October, encloses a copy [not enclosed].
