DescriptionHarrison sends thanks for Sherrington's abstract of his paper, which he is having set up for the meeting. In response to his enquiry concerning the date of receipt of the full paper, he states that the letter to Sir Archibald Geikie referring to the paper was received on 31 January, with the paper itself delivered by a later post on the Wednesday, being passed to Harrison on Thursday morning and acknowledged at that stage. The date of the published paper will be given as the date of receipt rather than of acknowledgement.
