TitleCopy letter from Robert William Frederick Harrison, to Professor Richard Threlfall, Fellow of the Royal Society
Date26 April 1906
DescriptionHarrison informs Threlfall that his paper, 'On a static method of comparing the densities of gases' has been passed for publication in Proceedings of the Royal Society. He passes on the advice of one referee, that he modify the text to make the inclusion of figure 2 unnecessary, remarking that it is overly elaborate and the principal is sufficiently demonstrated in figure one. The manuscript has been set up for use in the meeting on 3 May, with the figure and related paragraph omitted until Threlfall has considered the matter.
