Title | Copy letter from Robert William Frederick Harrison, to Professor Horace Lamb, Fellow of the Royal Society |
Date | 20 July 1906 |
Description | In reply to Lamb's letter received yesterday, finds the case Lamb mentioned arose in 1899 when the Council passed a resolution which Harrison quotes, stating no objection exists to the use of duplicate certificate forms where the signatures appended to one of the two are wholly those of Fellows resident abroad. It has, however, several times been decided that the signatures must not be attached by proxy. |
