TitleCopy letter from Richard T Wright, University Press Cambridge, to Professor Joseph Larmor, Secretary of the Royal Society, Burlington House, London, W.
Date16 February 1907
DescriptionLarmor's letter has been considered by the Syndics of the Press, and they find that the net amount paid to the Royal Society for volumes one to eight of the Catalogue has averaged between £11 and £12. They suppose that, in the event of the stock being taken over, it will have to be warehoused by the Syndics, and this is an important consideration, as the stock is quite considerable. The Syndics recognise it would be convenient to have all the back volumes under the same control, and they would be willing to pay £50 for the whole stock.

Contains a note from Harrison remarking that this is a small price, little over four years' sales.
