TitleCopy letter from Robert William Frederick Harrison, to Louis Brennan
Date24 April 1907
DescriptionHarrison notes that if they are to have arrangements for showing his mono-rail completed in time, they will have to be simplified as discussed between Brennan and the Royal Society's carpenter Bottomley. He recommends abandoning the platform demonstration in favour of the proposed wire bridge exhibition. He also hopes that Brennan will be happy with a simpler framework than discussed with Bottomley, and suggests that the men attending the Soirée are more interested in witnessing the essense of a thing rather than its appearance.

Harrison details two modifications to the plans presented by Brennan to Bottomley, regarding the colouring of the wooden supports and the cross boards, and asks that he send a wire in response.
