TitleCopy letter from Robert William Frederick Harrison, to Sir William Christie, Fellow of the Royal Society, Astronomer Royal
Date13 May 1907
DescriptionHarrison reports that he has received the annual reports from the India Office on the Madras [Chennai] and Bombay [Mumbai] Observatories, and so he writes to arrange a meeting of the Observatories Committee to consider them. He notes that Sir John Eliot wrote to say he would be in London for two weeks from 21 May, and Professor Joseph Larmor has highlighted the Greenwich visitation on the 8 June, so he proposes either the 6 or 7 June as possible dates for the meeting. He asks that Christie inform him which date he would prefer.
