TitleCopy letter from Robert William Frederick Harrison, to Sir William Crookes, Fellow of the Royal Society
Date11 April 1907
DescriptionHarrison states that at the last meeting of the Exhibits Sub-Committee for the Soirée, they agreed to meet again on at 3pm on the 16 or 17 April, whichever suited Crookes. He asks which date is preferred by Crookes so he may summon the meeting, noting the office's preference for the 16 April. Meanwhile, he encloses a letter from Mr Matthey, and asks if Crookes thinks his proposal should be accepted instead of sending the suggested invitation to the commercial company making the fused quartz articles.
