TitleCopy letter from Robert William Frederick Harrison, to Professor Joseph Larmor, Secretary, Royal Society
Date5 November 1907
DescriptionHarrison sends on a letter and memorandum from Sir William Thiselton Dyer as they are addressed to Larmor, but he advised handing them on to Francis Darwin, Chairman of the Committee. He is likely to state that the sub-committees were appointed as the most practical method for dealing with technical matters which would waste the time of the full committee.

A reference to and description of a letter from the Institute of Mechanical Engineers is crossed through.
