DescriptionStrutt states, for the information of the Prince of Wales, that the funeral of Lord Kelvin will occur on Monday, 23 December, at noon in Westminster Abbey. They would be glad to early if the Prince would like to be present or to be represented at that occasion.

They are also writing to the Comptroller of His Royal Highness the Duke of Connaught and communicating the time and place to Lord Knollys for the information of the King.
