TitleCopy letter from Robert William Frederick Harrison to W B Keen
Date3 March 1908
DescriptionHarrison has obtained the treasurers consent for the new cash book on the condition that further analysis of publication expenses is kept at the end of the book. There are one or two modifications in the columns in the cash book itself. Tea expenses now come in the same account at Soiree and Receptions. Miscellaneous printing should come before Phil[osophical] Trans[actions of the Royal Society]. Printing and subventions for special publications really are the same as grants for extraneous publications. Harrison asks for instructions for the preparation of the book so he may send off an official order. He also ask whether to have the headings printed or write them it, but personally thinks they should be printed for neatness and to avoid unnecessary labour.
