The referees reports on the above paper have been received Dr Brodie is in favour of publication as it stands, Professor Starting considers that paper is too long and diffuse. The authors might be informed that the Royal Society will publish the paper provided it is reduced to 12 or 16 pages. Will the Chairman pleasure minute his opinion as to the course to be adopted with regard to this paper.
