TitleCopy Letter from Archibald Geikie to Dr E A Wilson
Date27 May 1908
Description'Dear Dr Wilson,
Thanks for your letter of yesterday with its enclosed. I am glad to have your list of names and who that Oliver & Boyd have been "prodded" by you. I am writing to them today with an extra "prod" on my side, and sending them back these two dummy volumes, with a scheme for the lettering of their backs (I don't mean the backs of the firm?). The Georgraphical Society have sent me a presentation list on their side so I strong we should set on things, it will be difficult to notify everybody. We are waiting for your version of the two maps that are to accompany the album. Could you let us have them at your early convenience.'
