DescriptionAt the meeting of the Indian Advisory Committee on 21 November 1906, a recommendation was made that the Committee should consider increasing the permanent staff of the Natural History Section of the Indian Museum, as it would be essential to the progress of the museum and of zoological science. The matter was further alluded to on 2 December 1907. The matter was referred to the India Office with no response, and no reference to it can be found in the Board of Scientific Advice for 1906-7. Sending the Programme of Work 1908-9, which has recently been received.
