TitleCopy letter from Robert William Frederick Harrison, to The General Manager, Post Office Telephone Service, G P O (South), Carter Lane, E.C.
Date11 November 1908
DescriptionHas received the account for 14/4 for calls over the London Exchange System during October, and Harrison is writing to draw their attention to the serious discrepancy between the number of calls recorded as having been made, and the amount charged.

A careful record shows that under 80 calls were made during October, and these calls, with the exception of one to Richmond, Surrey, were made to subscribers within the County of London.

Complaints relating to charges have been made to them previously, and Harrison asks them to explain the discrepancy.
