Date14 December 1908
Description' I now have ready the room which we have been fitting up to received the stock of publication for which of later years we have been paying you rent, and I shall be much obliged by your delivering that stock here between now and the end of the year at such times as we can arrange to be most convenient to you and ourselves. It would suit us best if you would deliver the stock in installments, beginning with the [Philosophical] Transactions of the Royal Society] sheets, and making the installments in order of date, beginning with the oldest. After that might come the Transactions in volumes and the Proceedings [of the Royal Society].
