Date5 January 1909
Description'Dear Sir Archibald,
We look forward to seeing you tomorrow, but in the mean time I send on this to see, that the advertising of the Antarctic Album has been sent for printing in Nature & Harrisons have forward us, but have not yet sent, a list of other London papers with prices for advertisement. We have written Oliver & Boyd about further advertisement in Scotland but fear we shall hardly have their answer by the time you come tomorrow. Oliver & Boyd have sent a stock down to Harrisons for trade progress.
I have a Scientific Relief matter to refer to you when you come also.'
