Date19 January 1909
Description'Dear Dr Chree,
With reference to your enquiry about the Antarctic Magnetic Curves and other matters I beg to say that the remainder of the drawings will be posted to your for approval tomorrow of Thursday.
As soon as you return them, the engravings will go forward, so that you may very possibly have all in your hands in ten days or a fortnight from now.
The proofs of the tables will be forwarded as received from printers. Their correction and return is a matter entirely of your own convenience. If you desire to have more than one copy of them we will ask the printers to send up another pull.'
