TitleCopy letter from Robert William Frederick Harrison to Dr G [George] Johnstone Stoney, Fellow of the Royal Society
Date20 November 1908
Description'Dear Dr Stoney,
Of the names you give me in your letter of yesterday four have already sent in their names for the dinner, but of these, three already have guests. The remaining one is Professor Sollas, who so far has named no guest. In any case however I feel perfectly certain that there will be no difficulty in Mr Gerald Stoney finding a place at the dinner, and if you let me know before the middle of next week that you have not easily found a foster-host for him, I feel confident of being able to arrange it.'
