DescriptionHerewith Rix sends J V Jones' plates for press, the author desires 200 copies making 1125 copies in all. Herewith also are diagrams and a scheme of Mr Joly's folding plate. The estimate is accepted and the scheme approved by the author. Rix finds that Lydekker's plate is entered into his book as volume 48, plate one. he hopes he did not mark the plate as this for it should be volume 49. Rix wonders if the latter plate is delivered yet and if the volume number is correct.
