DescriptionIn answer to the President of the Institute's circular of 21 December [1889] the President and Council of the Royal Society have sanctioned the exchange of the 'Proceedings of [the Royal Society]' for the Institute's publications. The printers have been instructed to post as issued the current numbers commencing with number 286. Rix details the volumes of the Institutes Proceedings and Transactions wanting in the library noting the Society will be happy to send an equivalent in exchange.
