TitleCopy letter from Robert William Frederick Harrison to Lieutenant Colonel D [David] Prain CIE, FRS
Date27 April 1909
DescriptionDr [William] Schlich is not quite satisfied with the form of reference to the experiments on Railway Sleepers in the Indian Government Advisory Committee's report to the India Officer. Dr Schlich thinks that it would be advisable to send a note to the India Officer correcting the form of the report in the sense indicated in his letter. Harrison writes that he fails to clearly see Dr Schlich's objection and sends on the two letters asking for advice on what action should be taken in the matter.
