Both referees are in favour of publishing this paper in full in the Philosophical Transactions. Mr Goodrich adds to his recommendation: "The paper seems to me to be excellent in quality, but of course it is merely a careful piece of descriptive anatomical work which will interest only a few people".
Will the Chairman please say if he will concur with the Secretaries in authorizing publication of the paper under Standing Order 43.' |
