Description'Dear Sir,
In pursuance of my telegram this morning I enclose you a copy of the letter from the Board of Trade requesting that the Royal Society should be represented at the special examination of two candidates who failed to pass the local Board of Trade examiners in the Colour Vision Test.
I also enclose for you information a copy of the Report of the Committee on Colour Vision appointed by the Royal Society in March 1890.' [no enclosures]
