DescriptionOn receipt of Dr William Napier Shaw's letter of 3 November with reference to the Report of the Joint Committee on Kew Observatory, the President and Council of the Royal Society remitted the Report along with the letter to the Joint Committee that drew it up. The Committee have now sent forward a modified report which is being sent [no enclosures], and Council await the views of the Meteorological Committee before taking the matter further.
