TitleCopy letter from Robert William Frederick Harrison to Professor H [Henry] E [Edward] Armstrong FRS
Date9 May 1910
Description'Dear Professor Armstrong,
I have just had you note of yesterday handed to me
Unfortunately, under the Statutes, I have no power to let any part of the original of a paper which the publication has been deferred, go out of the house, or even to let the author have a copy, without permission of the Council, but I have appealed to Dr Bradford, as the only Principal Officer available, and he says that he will so far anticipate the sanction of Council as to authorize me to let you take copies here of the tables from your paper on Studies of the Processes Operative in Solutions.
If you will let me know when you can send someone for this purpose I will have the tables in readiness for him.'
